Rules governing participation in the e-Tender process
All bidders participating in the e-Tender process must comply with the eligibility criteria, instructions, and procedures specified in the respective e-Tender notice issued by the Payyanur Cooperative Hospital Society Ltd No. C1487.
Submission of any false, misleading, or incorrect information at any stage of the tender process shall result in disqualification of the bidder and may attract further action as deemed appropriate by the Society.
The Secretary, Payyanur Cooperative Hospital Society Ltd No. C1487 reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason and to cancel the tender process at any stage.
The decision of the competent authority of the Society in all matters relating to the tender process shall be final and binding on all bidders.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the e-Tender process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts within the jurisdiction of the Payyanur Cooperative Hospital Society Ltd No. C1487.
